Technical performance requirements

 1) Swimming pool with diatomite filter should use 900# or 700# diatomite filter aid.

 2) The shell and accessories of diatomite filter shall be made of materials with high strength, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, no deformation and no pollution of water quality.

 3) The overall pressure resistance of the filter used in the water treatment system of large and medium-sized swimming pools should not be less than 0.6mpa.

 4) The backwashing water of diatomite filter shall not be directly discharged into municipal pipes, and measures for diatomite recovery or precipitation must be taken.

Key points of Product Selection

 1) General requirements: when medium-sized swimming pool water treatment system uses diatomite filters, the number of filters in each system shall not be less than two.When diatomite filters are used in large swimming pool water treatment system, the number of filters in each system shall not be less than three.

 2) The filter speed of diatomite filter should be selected according to the low limit. The manufacturer should provide the type and dosage of diatomite assistant when the filter is working normally.

 3) Coagulant can not be added to the swimming pool water treatment system using diatomite filter.

Construction, installation points

 1) the filter foundation according to the design drawing construction, the anchor bolt of the stable equipment should be firmly combined with the concrete foundation, the embedded hole should be cleaned before watering, the bolt itself should not be skewed, the mechanical strength should meet the requirements;Concrete foundation shall be provided with damp proof.

 2) Transportation equipment shall be used according to the weight and shape size of each filter and combined with the site construction conditions.During installation, the rigging must be checked to be qualified, and the rope length of the sling should be consistent to prevent uneven force and deformation or damage of the tank.

 3) the pipe installation of the filter should be positioned flat and stable, and the installation direction of the valve handle should be easy to operate and arranged neatly.

 4) automatic exhaust valve should be installed at the top of the filter, and drainage valve should be installed at the bottom of the filter.

 5) Glass fiber reinforced plastic observation port is installed on the filter backwash pipe.

 6) The pressure gauge should be installed in the inlet and outlet pipe of the filter, and the direction of the pressure gauge should be easy to read.
